1 Adjusted the spawn changes of various structures.

2 Fixed a bug where the Better End mod would not generate correctly.

3 Added mods to further improve the End dimension:

• Better End Cities for BetterEnd
• True Ending: Ender Dragon Overhaul
• Medieval Buildings [End Edition]
• The Lost Castle

4 Removed some great mods that, sadly, did not really fit the modpack's theme:

• From the Fog
• The Cave Dweller
• The Promenade
