A major performance, quality-of-life and visual polish update for Lumora.
Lumora 1.2.0 expands the optimization stack, improves interface and inventory usability, adds new environmental and particle effects, refreshes several core mods and resource packs, and moves to a cleaner shader-free default setup for broader compatibility.
Lumora 1.2.0 significantly expands the performance stack while keeping the pack focused on a smooth vanilla-friendly experience.
ModernFix, ScalableLux, Ksyxis, Fast Noise and Particle Core now complement the existing Sodium, Lithium, C2ME, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast, More Culling, Krypton, Dynamic FPS and other optimization mods.
Rendering, lighting, world loading, world generation, particles, memory usage, chunk processing and background saving have all received additional optimization.
Dynamic lighting has also been moved from Fancy to Fast mode, entity model detail can now scale down more effectively during low-FPS situations, and shaders are no longer forced by default, reducing the baseline GPU cost of the pack.
Lumora 1.2.0 adds a broader layer of polish without turning the pack into a heavy content overhaul.
BetterF3, Better Advancements, Better Statistics Screen, Better Mount HUD, Held Item Info, Immersive Hotbar, Item Borders, Status Effect Bars and Easy Shulker Boxes improve everyday interface and inventory interaction.
Presence Footsteps, Wakes, Make Bubbles Pop, ItemPhysic Lite, Inventory Particles and ATMOSPHERICS expand environmental feedback, movement, particles and atmosphere while keeping the underlying vanilla gameplay intact.
Seven additional resource packs further refine fire, shields, armor trims, enchantments, grass details, leggings and typography.
Lumora 1.2.0 remains built for Minecraft 26.2 and continues the lightweight, vanilla-friendly direction of previous releases.
Unlike Lumora 1.1.0, shaders are no longer bundled or enabled by default. This gives the base pack a lighter and more broadly compatible starting point while still allowing users to install and enable their preferred Iris-compatible shaderpacks separately.
The goal remains the same: smooth performance, soft visuals, useful quality-of-life improvements and a clean Minecraft experience without unnecessary content bloat.
