William Wythers' Expanded Ecosphere mod for overworld generation
There are some problems with world presets, you should not use the vanilla world presets. Instead use the forceLargeBiomes option, found in the WWOO config.
Incendium for Nether generation
Stellarity for End generation
ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Village
Medieval Buildings
Hopo Better Underwater Ruins
Etc.
RPG Additions
Comforts (Adds sleeping bags for a more convenient sleep when you're not at base)
Illager Invasion (adds extra difficulty to Village raids)
Village Hero+ is added to supplement this. Since raids are more difficult, the gifts given by villagers are better.
Farmer's Delight (Adds more food ingredients)
Ocean's Delight (Adds recipes for minecrafts inedible fish)
Chef's Delight (Adds the chef job for villagers)
Inmis (backpack mod that scales with minecraft's base progression)
ImnisAddon (makes the backpacks look nicer)
Map Atlases (an atlas you can acquire for a minimap; as long as it's in your inventory)
Bountiful (Adds a bounty board to villages)
Ribbits (Adds a frog based village to the swamp)
Etc.
Mob Additions
Critters & Companions
Duckling
Naturalist
Friends&Foes (adds outvoted and forgotten mobs from the mob vote)
Etc.
Additional
Distant Horizons (allows you to see further)
Jump over fences (self explanitory)
Global Wind (Adds wind that can blow in any direction and affects the movement of entities)
3D Skin Layers (Replaces the usually flat second layer of player skins with a 3d modeled version)
Future Changes:
Waystone mod removed for a more restrictive teleportation mod
The current mod is a placeholder. It's overpowered enough to negate elytra travel.
Teleportation as a mode of transport seems fesible in minecraft with ender pearls being in the game. The ability to freely teleport wherever, whenever, without a large initial cost doesn't feel Vanilla+ to me.
Add cave generation that's more engaging, without adding out of place features
