Port 1.2-1.21.11 to 26.1.2

The modpack has been updated to Minecraft 26.1.2.

Most mods have already been updated by their authors and are included in this release. However, several mods do not currently have versions available for Minecraft 26.1.2 and have therefore been removed until they receive updates.
