Mind and Matter

Added around 20-30 new mods, removed all cobblemon content. Hoping to relaunch this modpack as something a bit more full-bodied, as well as doing hoping to actually use it in experimenting with making my own mods! basic to begin with, but hoepfully I can do something cool with it all. some mods are subject to modification or removal/reconfigurement with the tools I have in this pack to help balance it out a bit better, but for now I am happy with what I have in here
