Let there be biomes!

This version begins the pre-release phase of this modpack's development, adding mods in one area at a time, until reaching the point of a complete product which can then be refined in the next phase of development.

For now, there's performance mods, some minor visual improvements, and plenty of mods which add biomes or other natural world generation. Stay tuned for the structures update coming next!
