The goal of Naively Optimized is to give people less headaches when looking for maximum performance in Minecraft while using almost the same base as Simply Optimized but on NeoForge.
The same goal means that no quality of life nor visual enhancements will be included in this pack, but you are free to add your favorite mods.
Since NeoForge is new, not compatible with Forge mods (since public version 1.20.2), and this pack is focused on performance, there aren't many mods. This means a quick update and in the near future, new performance improvements.
(If you have any feedback or issues, feel free to ask on GitHub or on the Soon™ Discord Server)
Included Mods (10)
- BadOptimizations (Impactless micro optimizations)
- Cloth Config API (Dependency for MoreCulling)

Some Notes
For HyperSoop
I'm sorry if it looks copied, your project is cool and I wanna help people too :D
Versioning
The versioning format looks like SO: <Website><MC version>-x.y.z, where
- <Website> is where I upload the modpack: mr => Modrinth ; cf => Curseforge
- <MC version> is incremented when Minecraft have a new update
- x is a mod list revision (addition/removal of a mod)
- y is the config revision (incremented every time a config tweak is changed)
- z is incremented when there's a version with only mod updates and little to no changes otherwise.
Updates and NeoForge
I'll check for update daily and if I can't, weekly. This modpack will start from NeoForge public version, 1.20.2 even if there's not a lot of mods that's I can work on...
About the Discord Server, FAQ and about more mods
At the moment all the sources come from SO because all those tips are pretty much the same between Fabric and NeoForge, but in the near future I'll move to my own pages.
