Changed one config setting in ModernFix
Updated mods that includes, C2ME, Fast Noise, ScalableLux, to its beta versions that will improve performance.

API is back to Default instead of being Vulkan, as Nvidium is supporting OpenGL and not Vulkan currently when this version was released.

Small Warning

Nvidium will not render things like vanilla Minecraft with a smooth fade, it'll be a instant load, making it feel more clunky. But will be better in performance by 100-200 FPS.

But, Vulkan is still better in performance for some system, and probably is more compatible than using Nvidium as its for Nvidia GPU's only, while Vulkan is for systems above the year 2016.
