Happy birthday, Optimi Modpack!

Sorry for no updates lately, I broke my fingers a week ago but i still decided to make this update with a cast on my right hand

Changelogs:

• Update to 1.21.10
• Full remake from scratch
• Fix: When using screen size 2 or lower the main menu becomes unusable
• New main menu design

Thanks!
