optimal tweaks

the last version uses "DashLoader" which on some systems could make all blocks that arent full or half, (stairs, slabs, blocks, etc) a missing texture, this is because of the way they cache these vital texture packs, this might actually not be my final release since im enjoying spreading some performance, and i figure i can give this to people on the SynergyServer since it has tweakeroo and litematica.
