update 1.6 is the Fishing Update!

As I've been spending quite a lot of time fishing by the coral reefs, I wanted to add a bit more for fishing. It kinda... sucks. It's boring!!

• boids -reworks fish schooling mechanics, makes them more realistic
• Fish on the line -use a bell in your offhand, it'll ring when you catch a line!
• fishing frontier -total revamp of fishing mechanics while not overwriting anything. lots of improvements!
