Pojavlauncher+

Pojavlauncher+ is specifically made for the Pojavlauncher and its forks, but it will also work fine on desktop launchers or even on iOS. The idea behind this modpack was to bring together some of the best optimization mods that have been tested and proven to work within the Pojavlauncher.

If you have experienced terrible frame rates with Minecraft in the past, then Pojavlauncher+ is the modpack for you. There are no gameplay mechanics included in this modpack. It is meant to improve the performance of Minecraft for players on low-end or even mid-range phones.

This modpack is based on Fabric, so further mods can easily be added on top of this.
