Hey trainers! 👋 I just spent some time updating my Cobblemon server and I wanted to give you the full rundown. I went through and updated every single one of my existing Cobblemon mods to the latest versions — everything’s running smoother, with all the newest fixes and features baked in. On top of that, I added seven brand-new mods that are going to make exploring, battling, and just hanging out in the world way more fun. Here’s exactly what I added and why I’m hyped about each one:
PokeBike — Modrinth Adds rideable Pokémon-inspired bikes that are perfect for zipping around the map. Super clean and multiplayer-friendly! Cobblemon XP Lock — Modrinth Lets me (or any player) lock XP gains from battles for specific Pokémon in the party. Great for keeping certain ‘mons at the level I want without accidental leveling. CobbleCasino — Modrinth Brings a full casino right into the server! Slot machines, blackjack tables, gacha machines for Pokémon/items/plushies, plus its own economy with CrzCoin and casino chips. There are even custom NPC villagers to run the games. CobbleBadges — Modrinth Adds collectible elemental badges you earn by defeating Pokémon. They level up into tiers and give real effects like speed boosts, jump height, damage resistance, and more. Super customizable with data packs too. CobbleSafari — Modrinth This one’s huge — it adds a whole Safari dimension with 18 type-based biomes where rare Pokémon spawn (and can actually flee!). There’s also the Sinnoh Underground for digging up treasures and fossils, Hoopa portals to secret dungeons, perfumes to boost encounters, wild eggs, and even secret bases. Cobblemon: Tents — Modrinth Portable, colorful tents you can set up anywhere! Decorate the inside, dye them with apricorns, and then just pack the whole thing up and carry it with you. Perfect for long exploration trips. Cobblemon Buffs — Modrinth Your Pokémon now give you real buffs as they level up and grow closer to you. Each type grants unique effects (Fire gives fire resistance, etc.) that scale with their power. There’s even a nice GUI so you can track everything.
