Minor mod config testing and shader tweaking configuration update that aims to improve rendering, eliminate chunk loading errors and make the colors of the End Dimension pop.

Minor Mod Changes

• Removed Continuity after experiencing chunk loading issues caused by it.
• Added the option to toggle the Dynamic Torches mod, so low-end devices can have a handheld lighting feature without the necessity of having shaders equipped.
