QuantuMiz: Competitive Edition

Originally Osmium was planned for addition, I changed my mind because Osmium is difficult for configuration and lack of features for everyone. For now I will stick with several mods that do similar thing with AxolotlClient for now.

This is still in Heavy WIP. I recommend against using it for production use, unless you are going to test the new features.

What's new

• Updated Dynamic Crosshair, Fabric API, Indium, Language Reload, Lithium, Mod Menu, ModernFix, YetAnotherConfingLib to latest version
• Replaced Osmium with Simple HUD Enhanced, Custom FOV, CraftPresense, Motion Blur, TooltipFix, TipTapShow (TipTapShow is awaiting updates right now)
• Re-enabled Fullscreen and Toggle Sprint by default (Only applicable on first install)
• Removed dependency overrides for Indium since it's no longer necessary
• Added motion blur: Use /motionblur <percentage> command to control motion blur strength
• Removed rainbowify since it is not really necessary and hurts the game performance
• Unavailable mods: Continuity, Memory Leak Fix, No Chat Report, TipTapShow, Zoomify
