First stable release for 1.21.11

Notes:

• c2me and VeryManyPlayers are disabled by default to support flashback. If you don't care about flashback, you can enable these mods.
• Xaero's Minimap and World Map are currently unstable and cause random crashes. You may enable these mods after they update, or at your own risk.
• You can enable Cactus Client, but some functions of Cactus are already present with other mods in this modpack (like Auto Reconnect)

Fixes:

• Movement was possible with GUIs or chat open (Better Movement mod replacement)
• Various stability improvements
