The true release of The Create Experience

Fixes the mods that don't work by downgrading the Create mod version. DO NOT update the Create mod to the newest one as only some addons worked with Create v6.0.7.

Also some of the addons were downgraded to work on the older Create mod version so don't update those either. Other performance mods should be fine to update.
