fix: resolve Create recipe conflicts for SMP

  • Replaced conflicting Simulated engine assembly recipe with a custom Create sequenced assembly
  • Changed engine assembly input from iron sheet to Create Fishery Industry zinc sheet
  • Added Create deploying recipe to convert Create Fishery Industry zinc sheet into Power Grid zinc sheet using a Create copper nugget
  • Moved recipe fixes into KubeJS server scripts for cleaner server-side compatibility
