Changes:

• Made some changes to the Supplementaries config file
  • Added Altimeter
  • Added Sconce Green
  • Added Creative tab for Supplementaries
  • Flags are now displayed as sideway banners
• Expanded Carry On blacklist
  • Campfires and Soul Campfires can't be carried on. Don't burn yourself!
  • Bee Nests shall be left alone
  • All tile blocks from Create and addons can't be carried on, to avoid problems. I know it's a harsh restriction, so I might make a more refined selection in the future
  • Supplementaries' hanging signs can't be carried on, because they aren't rendered while held.
• Disabled the backtank Curio slot from Create Goggles+
• Removed another batch of unused config files
