Reactivated the Concurrent Chunk Management Engine (Fabric) mod.

Added the Dynamic Nutrition mod (only downloadable on CurseForge), but temporarily disabled it whilst awaiting further updates.

Added the From The Fog mod.

Added the Locator Heads mod.

Added the Simple Revive mod.

Replaced the Ultimate Map Atlases mod with the Simple Atlas mod.

Replaced the Gravestones mod with Player Corpses.

Temporarily disabled the Chunk Loaders mod.

Temporarily disabled the True Ending - Ender Dragon Overhaul mod due to version incompatibility (suspected to conflict with the Stellarity ~ Lite mod as well).

Removed the Get Off My Lawn ReServed mod.
