Valiance's Shenanigans

Technically a greater overhaul than 1.3.0 with a culling of a great many mods, but there is the addition of more Create-centric mods to introduce FE generation and ties into the Propulsion mod.

This version is intended to be played on a mapped world, thus the total lack of world generation.
