About the modpack

Vanilla BOB is a client-side, vanilla-oriented survival modpack built to keep Minecraft’s core experience intact while making it smoother, clearer, and more comfortable to play.

It focuses on the best performance mods available (higher FPS, less stutter), paired with carefully chosen quality-of-life and builder/technical tools that don’t ruin vanilla progression or balance.

Performance note: shaders and voxy can be demanding. If you play on a low-end PC, consider disabling shaders (Iris) and/or disabling voxy for the best experience.

Features

- 🚀 Top-tier optimization for a fluid, responsive vanilla survival experience. - 🧭 Vanilla-friendly QoL: better UI, better tooltips, smoother interactions, small visual improvements. - 🗺️ Navigation: minimap + full world map for easier exploration. - 🧱 Builder & technical tools: schematics, overlays, freecam and editing utilities for ambitious projects. - 🎧 More immersive audio with improved sound physics and control. - ✨ Optional graphics upgrade with shaders (can be disabled anytime). line

Recommended settings

- Low-end PCs: disable shaders and consider disabling voxy. - If you still get stutters, try lowering render distance and keeping simulation distance reasonable. line
