Updated Minecraft version 26.1.2 -> 26.2

Updated mods and included some new options to improve things further. Vulkan is not working yet if you want to use shaders or voxy for LOD's.

Updated to use zoomify for a better zoom mod, and added a server resourcepack cache to improve the experience of using the server resourcepack.
