Ventra Modpack 2.2.0

Updated to Minecraft 26.2 -> 26.3

Updated mods and added a new shader rendering mod to work with vulkan. Iris exists for OpenGL preferred, we use the other when on vulkan to get better performance.

Not all mods are updated, voxy is missing and will not likely work on vulkan, not ready for this initial version
