Notes:

• This version of Vanilla Backport includes code to convert content from the "vanillabackport" namespace to the "minecraft" namespace used in recent versions of the mod.
• This patch is meant to act as a bridge for existing worlds before the next full update.
• Make sure to backup your worlds before updating, just in case!
• Chunks must be loaded for the namespace conversion to work. You can check that it worked using Jade's in-world tooltip.
