VIP_SMP - Season 1

Our first large update of the season. We are adding more quality of life for Horse Lovers, Minimap and world map features, easy identifying certain items, some new block variation to push the MC2 feel, new banner options, and making Elytra even better. This update feature community voted mods as well. We have removed 2 mods as with these changes they became redundant.
