Changelog: Welcome to the modern era of Hypixel SkyBlock! This is a massive update that completely shifts the focus of the modpack to modern 1.21.11 SkyBlock gameplay while maintaining our signature Vulkan performance.

• Added Skyblocker: Fully functional modern SkyBlock HUDs, dungeon solvers, and overlays.
• Added SkyHanni: Full support for modern Garden, Slayer, and Bingo overlays.
• Added Firmament: Brought in comprehensive inventory management and item indexing (modern NEU equivalent).
• Added No Frills: Integrated lightweight QoL improvements.
• Vulkan Rendering Compatibility: Successfully integrated heavy UI/HUD SkyBlock mods with the Vulkan rendering pipeline for zero visual artifacting.

• Updated base Modpack Minecraft version to 1.21.11.
