MiniMessage and MiniPlaceholders

PlayerList supports MiniMessage out of the box. However to fully utilize the plugin it is recommended to be used alongside MiniPlaceholders as the plugin does not have any built in placeholders.

Scoreboart teams and sorting

The plugin can optionally leverage scoreboard teams for displaying prefixes and suffixes on top of the players heads. This is turned off by default to minimize conflicts with other plugins that use the scoreboard.

In order to use sorting the scoreboard must be enabled. PlayerList has multiple built in sorting options such as Placeholder and LuckPerms based sorters. More info on how to use these is in the wiki.
