• Effective buy/sell at cap — purchases while at max cap (or sales at min cap) no longer inflate effective counters; restoring base price only requires selling the effective amount that caused the cap (1:1 by default)
  漲停有效計次 — 漲停後多買、跌停後多賣不計入有效次數；賣出漲停前的有效數量即可恢復原價
• Default per-sell-decrease changed to 2.0 (matches per-buy-increase for 1:1 recovery)
