[CHORE] Bump version to 1.33.0\n[FEAT] Send texts in each player's language

AstraLibs 3.50.0 renders a LocalizedText for its receiver, so every text now carries a Russian and an English translation. Menus take the language of the player who opened them, and a new lot is announced to each player in their own language. Item names go into messages as plain text, which replaces the MiniMessage escaping.\n[REFACTOR] Group translations by the feature that sends them

auction and general mixed chat messages, lore and sort labels, so a text was hard to find. Groups now follow what sends them: the menu and its buttons, sell, buy, remove, expire and reload.
