AttributeSMP v2.0.1: Initial release
-
On their first join, each player receives one random attribute. The attribute is selected by rarity:
- Legendary: 5%
- Epic: 15%
- Uncommon: 30%
- Common: 50%
-
The plugin includes 13 attributes:
- Legendary: Attack Damage, Entity Reach
- Epic: Max Health, Attack Speed, Armor, Block Breaking Speed
- Uncommon: Block Reach, Movement Speed, Fall Damage Reduction
- Common: Jump Strength, Attack Knockback, Knockback Resistance, Step Height
-
Attributes have three levels, from Lv1 to Lv3. Each level applies a stronger attribute modifier from Minecraft 1.21.
-
The first-join roll uses a colored animation, followed by rarity-specific particles when the attribute is revealed.
-
Upgrade Tokens increase an attribute by one level.
-
Reroll Tokens replace the current attribute with a new random attribute at Lv1.
-
Admins can give players tokens with:
/attributesmp give <player> [upgrade/reroll]
- Killing another player steals one level from their attribute.
- Killing a player with a maxed Lv3 attribute grants an Upgrade Token instead.
- Upgrade Tokens and Reroll Tokens use custom item textures.
- Player data is stored in individual YAML files.
- Built for Paper 1.21.11 and compatible with 1.21.x versions.
- Designed to be safe to use with anticheats such as Grim and Vulcan.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
