🔐 Bedrock/Xbox allowlist

• Added an optional Bedrock access allowlist.
• Access can be granted by Xbox/Bedrock gamertag or XUID.
• The real Bedrock identity is checked before Passport identity selection.
• Supported by both LOCAL and JAVA_ACCOUNT providers.
• Java players are unaffected by the Bedrock allowlist.

🌍 Localization

• Added built-in en_US and ru_RU localization.
• Player messages, Bedrock forms, admin commands and operational messages can now be localized.
• Added separate language settings for messages and config.yml comments.
• Added messages.overrides for customizing individual messages.

⚙️ Configuration schema v3

• Upgraded the configuration schema from v2 to v3.
• Existing configurations are migrated automatically.
• Existing custom UI text is migrated into the new message override system where possible.
• Configuration comments are regenerated using the selected config language without replacing existing values.

🛠 Admin improvements

• /bp status now shows Bedrock allowlist state, entry counts and selected languages.
• /bp who output is now localized.
• Remaining administration responses were moved into the localization system.
