Beer Brewing

First release of Beer: grow barley and hops, malt, brew, ferment and drink. For Paper 26.3 (Java 25); install beer-0.1.0.jar.

• Barley and Hops crops (hops climb a pole and are picked again and again), found in grass, village chests and from wandering traders.
• Malt and Dark Malt from a smoker, furnace or campfire.
• A copper Brew Kettle over a campfire and a Fermenting Barrel in pale or dark wood: ale when warm, lager beside ice. Beer gains stars as it ages and never spoils.
• 8 styles, 5 extras and 4 Tavern Legends, each with buffs.
• Glass mugs you can put on tables; Tipsy (a wobble, passing out, a hangover; all switchable) and Cheers when you drink together.
• Kettle taps pour into barrels; hoppers and dispensers automate the rest.
• The Beer Journal (/beer journal) records what you brew.
• The plugin serves its own resource pack (port 8165 by default) and sends it beside other packs.

Beer was the Brewing update of Maty's development builds. The Ground Maty extra and its legend are gone; the wheat legend is now Bee's Knees. Data from those builds does not carry over.

Validation: Gradle tests and the headless smoke test (test-server-26.3/beer_smoke.sh, also with WITH_MATY=1) passed on Paper 26.3 build 175. Not yet played through in a live game session.
