Changes
Better Baby Pets 1.3.0
- Fixed waiting pets being summoned to their owner when their chunk unloads, leaving frozen duplicates behind. Stay mode now also survives the owner changing dimensions.
- Fixed repeated pet spawning while an owner remains on the death screen. Delayed respawns now use the current pet selection and avoid duplicate jobs.
- Prevented runtime pet mobs from being saved into chunks and added cleanup for legacy duplicate pets when their chunks load.
- Fixed storage pets intercepting headpats: click the head to pet them, or the body with an empty hand to open storage.
- Protected incubators from explosion damage, piston movement, and redstone activation.
- Improved multi-attribute compatibility with legacy names and named YAML maps; duplicate entries now combine, and all applied attributes are tracked for cleanup.
- Enabled
/pets give <player> <rarity>from console and prevented eggs disappearing when the recipient's inventory is full.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
