Fully Implimented Positon and Look into the timer check, also brought its false flag rate down to almost 0.2%

Note the Flag Value will be slightly inaccurate to what the player is acctually using however if it flags in general the player is most liekly using timer no matter how small it flags.

Requires PacketEvents 2.7.0
