Changes
Everything since 0.0.7 — eight releases in one update.
New
- Saddlebags (0.0.8). Each pack llama carries up to six 15-slot pages (90 slots, configurable). The active page is the llama's real native inventory; the rest travel on the animal. Khipu-tap reads the load, sneak-tap flips pages. Storage runs deposit every page.
- Strength progression (0.0.9). A llama keeps its natural strength roll and earns its way to strength 5 (+3 slots per level) from its owner's play time — computed lazily on interaction, no background task. Saddlebag pages unlock at strength 5.
- Auto storage-runs (0.0.10). A following caravan past 80% full dispatches its own run, with a cooldown and a longer back-off when depots come back full.
- Lead camel (0.0.11). Appoint a camel and the caravan follows it instead of you — ride it for a mobile train, park it as a base camp. The camel stays vanilla.
- Wolf protectors (0.0.12). An appointed tamed wolf proactively targets hostiles within 16 blocks of it, guarding the caravan.
- Donkeys & mules (0.0.13). Both join the follow line as fully vanilla haulers (native 15-slot chest, no pages, no leveling). Storage runs stay llama-only.
- Camel quartermaster (0.0.14). A lead camel earns tiers from your play time; each tier returns storage runs 8% faster, up to 40%.
Hardened (0.0.15)
- Storage runs survive restarts. A courier that is away when the server stops is persisted whole (inventory, pages, name, leveling clock, decor) and resumes on the next start. Its identity is preserved across every run.
- A dying llama spills its stashed pages instead of losing them; a corrupt stash can no longer cascade into item loss; dispatch pools decor-safely and never discards overflow.
- Roles survive restarts — guardian carpets, protector wolves, and lead camels re-seat when their chunks load.
- Relog, portal, and off-hand edge cases fixed: followers no longer freeze on your logout spot, cross-dimension runs no longer wedge, an off-hand Khipu is no longer consumed as a lead.
- 1.20–1.20.4 servers enable again (a 1.20.5+ API call is now guarded), and kelp/seagrass/waterlogged blocks read as water to the swim controller.
Compatibility
Paper/Purpur 1.20.x through 26.x on one jar (renamed constants resolved at runtime; camel support capability-gated). Java 21+. Spigot is not supported.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
