/claimtrade): P2P real estate market to buy, sell, cancel, or list claims (/claimtrade <buy|sell|cancel|list>) with offline payout support. Replaced old/chunkselland/claimbuycommands. - Custom GUI Integration: Added full CLI subcommands to
/chunksettings(flag,trust,particle,rename,transfer,unclaim) with tab-completion for external menus like DeluxeMenus. - Admin Land Management: Added
/chunkadmin unclaimand/chunkadmin unclaimplayerto forcefully remove griefed/abandoned land, plus an interactive GUI Chunk Inspector. - Global Flag Manager: Added
/chunkadmin resetflagto purge or override protection flags across all server claims. - Action Bar Greetings: Territory entrance and wilderness alerts are now delivered directly to the action bar by default.
- Bug Fixes:
- Passive mob protection now correctly ignores hostile monsters, allowing players to defend themselves.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
