What's new in CineFrame 26.2
- Updated for Paper 26.2 and Java 25
- Added Folia-style scheduler support
- Better handling for item frames, map updates, and viewer tracking
- Lower frame decoding churn during video playback
- Safer resource pack and audio delivery to players
- Cleaner startup, shutdown, and media cleanup handling
This update does not change how you use CineFrame. Same commands, same config, but the server version baseline has changed.
Note: A lot changed in the new version code wise, especially around scheduling, playback, and resource pack handling. Please report any bugs you find so they can be fixed.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
