✨ New Features

• Leaderboard System: Introduced clan top placeholders (%clancl_top_<place>_name%, %clancl_top_<place>_level%, %clancl_top_<place>_tag%) sorted by level, total points, and alphabetically. Compatible with ajLeaderboards.
• Role-Based Tag Formatting: Custom role prefixes directly in %clancl_tag% (e.g., ** for Leader, * for Coleader, + for Captain). Formats as empty "" when not in a clan.
• Dedicated Clan & Ally Chat: Toggle clan/ally chat modes with high priority and customizable prefixes (e.g., &c[Clan]).
• Configurable Clan Chest: Added options to enable/disable /clan chest and toggle level-based inventory expansion (defaults to 6 rows when disabled).
• GUI-Based Clan Info: Running /clan info <tag> now opens the target clan's info menu directly instead of printing text in chat.

🐛 Fixes & Improvements

• Command Syntax Correction: Fixed /clan bank withdraw <amount> command structure.
• Strict Role Hierarchy: Enforced strict permissions so lower or equal ranks cannot modify higher ranks. Corrected promotion warning when attempting to promote multiple Leaders.
• Command Security: Hided /adminclan tab-completion and visibility for users without administrative permissions.
• PVP Toggle Message: Fixed missing message key when toggling /clan pvp.
