Changes
The shows are now ExcellentCrates animations. Requires ExcellentCrates 7.2.0 or newer.
- A crate plays a show when its ExcellentCrates animation is set to it, for example
cratecinema_starfall:default, in the crate editor or the crate's file.bindings.ymlis no longer used. - Each show's settings are ExcellentCrates animation profiles in
plugins/ExcellentCrates/objects/animations/cratecinema_<show>/, reloaded with/ecrates reload. A show can have several profiles, for example a quickercratecinema_orbit:fast, and/cratecinema preview orbit:fastpreviews them. - Batch openings play one show per reward, as ExcellentCrates' own animations do, and grant every reward after the last. Interrupting one of them skips the rest and grants everything at once.
- Bedrock players always get the text-only
simpleshow;bedrock.modeis removed. - Openings past
limits.max-concurrent-showsget thesimpleshow instead of the normal opening. /cratecinema reloadreloadsconfig.ymlonly.
Upgrading from 1.x
- On first start, each
plugins/CrateCinema/shows/<show>.ymlis copied into the show's default profile, so changed settings carry over. The old files are left in place but no longer read. - The console lists, for each crate in the old
bindings.yml, the animation profile to set. Set them, run/ecrates reload, then deletebindings.yml.
See the "Upgrading from 1.x" section of the documentation.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
