🛠️ CreeperStaff v1.1
Update Changelog
This update focuses on improving staff management reliability, fixing permission handling issues, and expanding moderation tools.
🐛 Fixed — Role Management Stacking Bug
Resolved a major permission logic issue where editing a staff member's role could stack old permission nodes instead of replacing them properly.
✅ New Behavior
When a player's role is changed:
- Previous
creeperstaff.*permissions are fully cleared - Old rank nodes are removed correctly
- New permissions are applied cleanly without stacking
This prevents permission conflicts and inconsistent staff access.
➕ Added — /staff remove
Implemented full backend support for removing players from the staff team.
Features
- Clean permission removal
- Automatic rank cleanup
- Improved moderation workflow
- Interactive anvil-break confirmation sound effect
🔄 Updated — Version & System Labels
Updated internal version references across the plugin.
Updated Components
- Modrinth update checker APIs
- Internal version tracking strings
- In-game help menu formatting
- Version labels updated from
v1.0 → v1.1

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
