Implemented IP-based rate limiting for DoS/DDoS mitigation:

Limits connection requests from individual IPs before they enter the server queue. By capping the number of requests per IP, this prevents any single IP from overwhelming the queue, further reducing the effect of DoS and DDoS attacks. This helps ensure the queue remains available for legitimate traffic.

Also Fixed Support for Spigot Servers.
