DimensionToggle 3.2.0
โ ๏ธ Requires Minecraft 26.2 (Paper/Purpur) and Java 25. 1.21.x is no longer supported.
๐ New: Overworld & Performance
A new area in the editor (grass block in the main menu). Everything that changes gameplay is off by default.
- Overworld mob control โ toggle natural mob spawning and manage all 76 Overworld mobs, sorted into Monsters, Animals, Water and Others (with pages)
- Farm Limiter โ large animal groups lose AI and collision until a player hits one
- Entity Cap โ max animals/villagers of one type per chunk
- Villager Optimizer โ idle villagers in trading halls lose their AI, trading keeps working
- Item Cleaner โ removes ground items with chat warnings
- AFK View Distance โ lowers the view distance of AFK players, restored instantly on activity
- Auto Performance Mode โ kicks in automatically when the server is under load
/lagmapโ the busiest chunks of all worlds (entities, mobs, items, hoppers, block entities), click to teleport, double shift-click to clean up/dt redstoneโ finds the fastest redstone machines, optional staff alert/dt chunkloadersโ chunks loaded without a player nearby, with the reason- Performance website (
/dt web) โ live TPS, MSPT, memory, CPU, worlds and the last hour in your browser; dark design, works on phones, protected by a secret link - PlaceholderAPI support (
%dimensiontoggle_nether_status%and more)
โฑ๏ธ Custom intervals in chat
Right-click a mob in Mob Management (any dimension) or the Item Cleaner, then type 15m, 2h or 1h30m in chat (1 minute โ 24 hours, 0 = off). The input never shows up in public chat.
๐ก๏ธ Smarter mob cleanup
Automatic cleanup now spares named mobs, tamed animals and villagers with a profession (each can be switched off).
๐จ Brand-new editor design
- Every area has its own color theme (main menu purple, Nether red, End violet, Overworld green) with a framed look
- Buttons grouped by topic and laid out symmetrically
- Clear states everywhere: โ green = on, โ red = off; every feature always keeps its own icon
- Click sounds for click / on / off / error (configurable)
- Server info in the main menu (players, TPS, MSPT)
๐ฌ Restyled chat messages
- All messages reworked (EN + DE): gradient prefix, consistent โ โ โ โน symbols, highlighted values
/dt helpand/dt statuswith clean headers, no prefix spam on every line
๐ Automatic config updates
- New options are added to
config.yml, language files and GUI configs automatically โ at the right place, at any depth, with their comments - Your own values, comments and formatting are never touched; options you deleted stay deleted
- A backup is saved to
backups/before any change (last 5 kept) - โน๏ธ On this update the GUI configs and the shipped language files are replaced once with the new design โ your old files are kept in
backups/
๐ Bug fixes
- Players riding a boat, minecart or mount could pass through closed portals
- Ender pearls could carry players through closed portals and blocked End gateways
- Lockdown/maintenance/schedule now reliably send everyone out (console command with
%player%+ safety teleport after 5 s) - Schedule could skip a whole day after a lag spike; times written without quotes (
22:00) were ignored - A scheduled opening no longer lifts an active lockdown
data.yml/config.ymlare written crash-safe; a brokendata.ymlis backed up instead of overwritten- Custom maintenance time (anvil) now actually receives the typed time
- Editor: no more ghost items, items can't be taken out of menus on reload/disable
- Mob cleanup no longer removes mounts a player is riding
- PvP setting survives restarts (now uses the
pvpgamerule) - World border "maximum" preset works again
- Update checker no longer leaks threads
โก Performance (250โ300 players)
- All file writes moved off the main thread
- Players are moved out of a dimension in batches instead of all in one tick
- Cached message rendering, fewer entity scans, staggered background tasks
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
