Changes
Version 1.0—.6 The Tactical Mobility Update Major Changes New Control Scheme: The teleport ability is now bound to the Offhand Swap Key. This allows players to "Blink" while holding the Mace without interrupting their attack swing or swapping items.
Combat Balancing: Introduced a 15-second cooldown on the teleport ability to prevent spamming and encourage tactical positioning.
Range Calibration: Set the maximum teleport distance to 10 blocks, ensuring the Mace remains a high-intensity combat tool rather than a long-distance travel item.
Improvements & Fixes Input Cancellation: The plugin now correctly cancels the PlayerSwapHandItemsEvent, ensuring the Mace stays in your main hand when the ability is triggered.
Safety Check System: Improved RayTracing logic to prevent players from teleporting into solid blocks or suffocation zones.
Visual Polish: Added Ender-themed particle bursts and sound effects at both the departure and arrival points for better feedback.
Optimized Targeting: Refined the block-detection radius to be more forgiving when aiming at edges or corners.
Technical Notes API Version: Fully compatible with Paper/Spigot 1.21.11.
Performance: Reduced overhead by moving cooldown checks to a lightweight internal Map.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
