Changes
In this release, we have completely overhauled the underlying mechanics of the custom dragon event. This update guarantees maximum event stability, seamless synchronization, and advanced server optimization!
š Flawless Boss Fight (No More Despawning!)
- The dragon will no longer freeze or disappear (despawn) if all players leave the End dimension during the active fight.
- The boss will never reset its health due to world unloading. The event now progresses smoothly from start to finish.
š Smart BossBar (Health Tracking)
- Fixed all issues regarding "stuck" health bars! The BossBar now dynamically appears when you enter the End and immediately disappears if you leave for another world.
- No more ghost health bars staying on your screen after the dragon has been successfully defeated.
- Real-time HP tracking is now perfectly synchronized among all participants with zero delays.
āļø Server Stability & Performance Improvements
- Memory Leak Fix (RAM Optimization): The server will no longer waste memory keeping an empty End dimension loaded after the event concludes.
- Closed a critical vulnerability where End chunks could remain loaded forever in the background following a scheduled restart or a server crash.
- Eradicated all visual and logical bugs that occurred when players disconnected from the server in the middle of the battle.
Highly recommended update for all server owners to ensure a seamless and bug-free event experience!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
