Changes
Added
- Armor lock:
/fr armor <on|off|status> [player|team|@a]keeps worn armor in place like Curse of Binding, without enchanting the items. Locks survive restarts, and team targets also cover offline members. - Automatic fake name refill: a background task pulls fresh, never used identities from the Mojang API when the pool runs low. Configurable under
fake-namesinconfig.yml. /fr pool [refill]shows how many fake names are available and used, and starts a refill by hand./fr disguise @adisguises every online player at once. Players who are exempt, waiting for a revive, or already disguised are skipped.- Exempt players:
/fr exempt add|remove|listmanages a stored list,exempt-playersinconfig.ymladds names by hand, and the permissionfakerevive.exemptexempts anyone who holds it. - Per command permissions for use with LuckPerms and similar plugins:
fakerevive.revive,.disguise,.kit,.team,.armor,.pool,.reload.fakerevive.adminstill includes all of them. /fr kit equip <team>equips a team's assigned kit to all of its online members.- If the name pool is empty, revives still go through without a disguise and the sender is told.
Changed
- Unknown
/frsubcommands now show the usage text for everyone. /fr helpand tab completion only show commands the player may use.- Updated English, German and French messages.
Upgrade notes
- Existing
config.ymlfiles keep working. New keys use their defaults when missing. fakerevive.exemptis not part offakerevive.admin, so operators are not exempt by default.
Requirements
- Paper 1.21.4 or newer
- PacketEvents (required)
- Internet access to
api.mojang.comandsessionserver.mojang.comfor the name refill
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
