FakeTalismans

This plugin allows you to create talismans on the servers where it's installed. To create a talisman, change the name in talismans.yml to your desired one. For example, if you're using "Талисман Ареса," you can change it to your desired name. Below are the talisman settings (what effects it will provide, and whether it should be in your hand or on your head). You can also use this plugin to create spheres (name them whatever you like). To replace the head texture, go to the mcheads website, select a head, and copy the Mojang (base64) texture (or you can find any other website that has base64).

The plugin supports other languages ​​and RGB colors.
