Changes
🔐 Permission Management
- Flexible Permissions System: Server admins can now fine-tune exactly who can use specific features and commands or grant full access using wildcard permissions:
- Control general command usage and individual commands (such as plugin reload).
- Manage event triggers, including specific actions like placing dirt over water.
⚙️ Plugin Management & Configuration
- In-Game Reload Command: Added the
/fastmud reloadcommand, allowing admins to apply configuration changes instantly without restarting the server. - Custom Configuration File: Introduced a dedicated configuration file (
config.yml), making it easy to customize plugin settings. - Friendly System Messages: Added standard user-facing messages (e.g., clear warnings when a player lacks permission to run a command).
- Enhanced Console Feedback: Added a clean startup banner and improved console logging so server owners can easily verify when the plugin is active and running smoothly.
🧊 Water & Block Mechanics
- Correct Dirt Placement Mechanics: Fixed an issue where placing dirt relative to water was inverted. Placing dirt over water now works as intended.
- Improved Water Flow: Optimized how water flows over dirt so that only the block directly underneath is affected, preventing unintended water spreading.
- Ice & Block Interactions: Improved how ice blocks melt and interact with neighboring dirt and water blocks.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
