Changes
v2.0
🆕 New Features
- Configurable Placed Block: Added the
placed-blockoption inconfig.yml. Now you can set exactly what block appears on the ground when a barrel is placed (e.g.,CHEST,SHULKER_BOX,HOPPER), while the item in the player's hand can remain aBARREL. - Configurable Break Sound: Added
break-soundto the config. You can now change the sound that plays when the barrel crumbles (default:entity.wither.break_block).
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Break Protection: Fixed a bug where players could break the placed barrel/chest/shulker with a pickaxe during the 2-second countdown to get a free block. The block is now fully protected until it crumbles.
📝 Notes
- To apply the new
placed-blockfeature, you can addplaced-block: <BLOCK_NAME>under any barrel section in yourconfig.yml. - The
break-soundnow supports modern NamespacedKeys (e.g.,entity.wither.break_block).
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
