Changes
FG 26.3-1.2.0
Added
- Added the first Minecraft-native FragGuard GUI: typing
/fgnow opens an operator menu while all existing subcommands continue to work normally. - Added GUI lookup setup with radius and time presets, condensed activity results, clickable result paging, activity detail screens, and exact raw-event drill-downs.
- Added structured Player, Action, and Material lookup filters generated from the selected lookup window, with no free-text filter parsing and no changes to stored history.
- Added presentation-only activity grouping that condenses nearby same-actor/same-action/same-material changes without deleting or rewriting any stored history rows.
- Added bounded database-backed GUI paging and streamed activity summaries so large history windows remain browseable without retaining the complete exact result set in one GUI session.
- Added configurable activity grouping thresholds and regression tests covering scaffolding-style chains, actor/action boundaries, time/distance boundaries, and preservation of every source event.
- Added GUI rollback controls with radius/time presets, conflict-protected or force mode selection, rollback preview launch, active-preview confirmation, and a paged browser with confirmation screens for undoable rollback jobs.
Changed
- Reviewed Paper 26.3 beta source compatibility and migrated GUI/message presentation from deprecated legacy Bukkit string/color APIs to Adventure components and serializers; event logging, block-entity snapshots, and rollback/undo APIs required no compatibility shims.
- Updated the Gradle wrapper from
9.7.1to9.8.0, SLF4J NOP from2.0.19to2.0.20, and Mockito from5.23.0to5.24.0, with regenerated dependency locks. - Updated the development target to Paper API
26.3.build.136-betaandapi-version: '26.3'following Paper 26.3's promotion to the beta release channel; the FragGuard feature version remains26.3-1.2.0. /fgwith no arguments now opens the GUI;/fg lookup,/fg rollback,/fg undo,/fg status, and/fg helpremain available through the existing command path.- Bumped actions/setup-java from 6.0.0 to 6.0.1
Fixed
- Fixed #81 by logging Paper 26.3 Shelf inventory swaps even when block data is unchanged, including connected powered shelves, and added Shelf-specific lookup/raw-detail, conflict-protection, rollback, and undo coverage while retaining the generic
TileStateInventoryHoldersnapshot format. - Fixed #80 cross-version rollback conflicts by comparing compatible format-v1 block-entity snapshots after in-memory normalization through the current Paper item serializer; Paper 26.2 history, container contents, rollback snapshots, and undo data remain stored byte-for-byte and require no schema rewrite.
- Fixed #72 by giving rollback previews an explicit lifecycle: previews now expire on a guarded scheduled cleanup, are cleared on operator disconnect and plugin shutdown, are skipped when an async query finishes for an offline player, and expired tokens are filtered from tab completion.
- Fixed #70 by failing closed when legacy rollback history lacks a block-entity snapshot for a live supported block entity, while preserving normal comparison for ordinary blocks and force-mode override behavior.
- Fixed #69 by binding asynchronous rollback previews to the world captured when the query starts, so world changes during the query cannot mislabel preview, confirmation, overlap, or rollback-job metadata.
- Fixed same-tick coalescing merging different actors and actions by only combining consecutive, state-contiguous changes with matching attribution and action.
- Fixed timed-out queries falsely marking storage unhealthy by separating expected timeout and SQLite interrupt results from genuine database failures.
- Fixed redstone-primed TNT removal bypassing block history by logging
TNTPrimeEventtransitions with specific cause attribution and suppressing duplicate generic history. - Fixed dragon egg teleports being partially logged by recording the source and destination together under a dedicated teleport action.
- Fixed completed rollback jobs and snapshots accumulating indefinitely by expiring terminal jobs after the configured retention while preserving active and recoverable failed jobs.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
